Request Account & Data Deletion
Permanent deletion request for KhedutBandhu account (Package: com.ngac.khedutbandhu).
⚠️ Important Warning: This action is permanent and irreversible.
Once your account deletion request is processed, you will permanently lose access to your KhedutBandhu farmer account.
What data will be permanently deleted:
- Personal & Authentication Information: Your registered phone number, full name, username, and profile photo stored on disk.
- Farm Profile: All saved farm details, acreage, soil specifications, and active crop records.
- Farmer Chaupal Content: All community posts authored by you, all attached photos, and all comments/replies you posted on any post.
- Kisan Bazaar Listings: All items, tractors, machinery, and crop listings you created, including all uploaded photos and buyer chats.
- Crop Doctor AI Scan Records: All past plant pathology scans, leaf images, and diagnostic chat history.
- Bookmarks & Preferences: All bookmarked government schemes, favorited Mandis, starred crops, and price alerts.
How to delete your account:
Option 1 (Instant in-app deletion): Open the KhedutBandhu app → Go to Profile → Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" → Confirm the dialog. Your data will be deleted instantly from the database.
Option 2 (Web Request Form below): If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your phone, enter your registered phone number below to submit a formal deletion request. Our team will verify and permanently purge your records within 48 to 72 business hours.
