A dedicated national mission launched to achieve complete self-sufficiency in pulse production across India by 2027. Under this mission:
100% Assured MSP Procurement: Central agencies NAFED and NCCF guarantee 100% procurement of Tur (Arhar), Urad, and Masur produced by registered farmers at Minimum Support Price (MSP) through the e-Samridhi portal, eliminating market price risks.
Free Certified Seed Minikits: Distribution of free high-yielding, climate-resilient certified seed minikits of improved pulse varieties.
Cluster Demonstrations & Bio-Inputs: Support for frontline cluster demonstrations on ridge-furrow sowing, rhizobium culture treatment, and integrated pest management (IPM) to boost pulse yields per acre.

Eligibility Criteria
All farmers cultivating or intending to cultivate pulses (Tur, Urad, Masur, Moong, Chana) registered on the official e-Samridhi portal.
